CANCELLATIONS

• Because of the popularity of my unique services, I highly recommend you make an advance reservation for any of my treatments. You can secure a reservation online. You can also call directly at (415) 567-7222. For new clients I require a Visa, MasterCard credit card to hold your reservation. Since I strive to provide such personal service to my clients, no-shows and cancellations impact me significantly; therefore I have a strict cancellation policy. An e-mail reminder will be sent to confirm your appointment, a 50% of your service will be  charged to your charge card for missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment.

PAYMENT

•  I accept Visa, MasterCard and Cash. Spa Finder and Spa Wish Certificates it applies to full service amount only . For other form of payment please call. 

MERCHANDISE RETURNS

• Your satisfaction is my utmost concern. If you are not satisfied with a product, please bring it back with your receipt within two weeks of purchase. I will gladly exchange it for something that suits you better. No cash refunds.
