• Please read our spa policies before booking your appointment and make sure you book with the appropriate technician.  Take note that we only accept cash gratuity only.

• You will receive a reminder 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you do not receive this reminder, please call the Spa. This e-mail is to confirm your appointment and to remind you our 24 hours cancellation policies.

• When booking online if you don't find a time or date that works with your schedule, please don't hesitate to call the spa directly at (415) 567-7222  or e-mail us at  mailto:frontdesk@rejouvenance.com and we will do our best to accommodate you or place your request on our waiting list. 

• Since we strive to provide such personal service to our clients, no-shows and cancellations impact us significantly; therefore please have the courtesy to call or send an e-mail to cancel in advance your appointment, giving us time to book another client.  An e-mail reminder will be sent to confirm your appointment, a 50% of your service will be  charged for missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment. Spa parties require a 72-hour cancellation notice, otherwise deposit will be forfeited.

• First time client should arrive 15 minutes prior to their  appointment. 

• When you make an appointment, your time is reserved solely for you. Should you arrive late, it will cut into your reserved time.
