SPA RESERVATIONS
Please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment. When you make an appointment, your time is reserved solely for you. Should you arrive late, it will cut into your reserved time.
CANCELLATIONS
Because of the popularity of our unique services, we highly recommend you make an advance reservation for any of our treatments. You can secure a reservation ONLINE. You can also call the spa directly at (415) 567-7222 or visit us in person. A Visa, MasterCard credit card is required to hold your reservation. Since we strive to provide such personal service to our clients, no-shows and cancellations impact us significantly; therefore we have a strict cancellation policy. An e-mail reminder will be sent to confirm your appointment, a 50% of your service will be charged to your charge card for missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment. Spa parties require a 72-hour cancellation notice, otherwise deposit will be forfeited.
PAYMENT TYPE
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Cash. Please take note that we ONLY accept cash gratuity. For other form of payment please call. We accept Spa Finder and Spa Wish Certificates.

MULTIPLE SERVICES
Multiple service appointment requires a credit card to hold your reservation. A no-show will result in a charge to your credit card for the amount of services. If you are using a gift certificate, it will be voided.
MERCHANDISE RETURNS
Your satisfaction is our utmost concern. If you are not satisfied with a product, please bring it back with your receipt within two weeks of purchase. We will gladly exchange it for something that suits you better. No cash refunds.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift Certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase and are not refundable or exchangeable at any time. Gift Certificates are to be treated as cash, and are therefore not redeemable if lost or stolen. Gift certificates can be ordered by telephone or on-line.
