I haven not had a facial, but I hear she is great at it, but she's done my brazillian waxing for two and a half years. I won't go anywhere else. Unless I have to. But not by choice.
BECAUSE I did go somewhere else once before I saw Yolanda, and the other person was NOT gentle, thorough, or exactly charming, either. Baaad experience.

 I can't think of anyone else I'd rather have looking at my crotch with a magnifying glass for a half hour.  Yolanda is a master of the muff coif.  Trust me, she'll have you feeling pre-pubescent in no time flat.  All joking aside, she makes you feel comfortable to the point you almost forget you are about to uproot all the hairs in your nether region.  She is very gentle, incredibly thorough and genuinely nice.  I've been going to her since 2004.

  If you're looking for a place for a Brazilian, this is the place to go! The place is neat and clean and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Yolanda is very friendly and professional. She makes sure that you get the best wax possible. Best of all she'll tell you when to breathe during the wax which helps with the pain. I loved my experience and will definitely be going back!

 I have never taken the time to write a review before - but, Yolanda and her spa over the top deserve it! This was the BEST brazilian waxing (or just waxing experience in general) that I have ever had in my life! Yolanda is amazing - she actually instructs you how to breath to avoid any pain during the procedure. I was left with NO bumps, barely any redness - disappeared an hour after, and no in-grown hairs. I will never go anywhere else.
